There are three MakerGear M2 3D printers in the Mooney Lab. These systems can create complex parts from ABS plastic and are controlled either via a dedicated laptop, or from a file saved to the onboard SD card. Getting access to the printers first requires that you read the 3D printer safety document and tutorial. After that, go to the Mooney Lab in the evening and work through the tutorial to print either a part you’ve designed, or possibly something that you’ve found online. A student technician will be there to assist you.
